The cutting speed can be retched at 100～120 m/min.

Plunge Type Shaving Cutters

Plunge Type Shaving Cutters are mainly used for gear shaving in the automobile industry in large batch production, especially used in CNC high speed shaving machines. The cutters are made of M2 or ASP23 high speed steel, they have 3～5 times of higher shaving efficiency compared with normal shaving cutters, and can make any modification in profile and lead. The cutting speed can be retched at 135～150 m/min. We can supply the cutters according to GB/T14333, DIN and JIS standards, and also special request.

Gear Chamfering Cutters

Gear Chamfering Cutters are used for gear chamfering and deburring in the automobile industry. The cutters have two gear shaped blades made of M2 high speed steel, they are assembled together. The cutting speed can be retched at 80～100 m/min.
