Profile of Chain Sprockets	Profile of Sprocket Hobs (to GB 1244)

	●	The hobs are usde for the roller chain sprockets in the range of nominal piches 9.525 ～ 63.5 mm (3/8 ～ 2-1/2") to GB 1244-85. Other sizes outside the specifications can also be supplied on request.
	●	Hob accuracy according to our company standard. Unground hobs are made only.
		Ordering of Sprocket Hobs With Special Sizes
	●	Roller chain sprocket hobs with special sizes are available to cover all standardized piches 3/8" ～ 2-1/2" (9.525 ～ 63.5 mm). For pitches within these ranges, sprocket hobs are usually specified as 3" ～ 7" or 70 ～ 180 mm nominal diameters with 1" ～ 1-3/4" or 27 ～ 40 mm bore diameters. Profiles may be specified to BS 228, ANSI B29.1, DIN 8196, JIS B 1802.
	●	Unground hobs are supplied only.
	●	It is essential that a sprocket drawing or sprocket hob drawing should be supplied at the time of ordering if possible.
